We were pleasantly surprised by the quick service provided by the hotel staff - they managed to arrange a vacant room for us at 10 AM! the ambiance of the hotel was nice and cozy. We enjoyed the beautiful view from our room. the Room and bathroom were clean and tidy. the service was also prompt and courteous. We were impressed by the delicious breakfast served in the hotel's restaurant.
The hotel staff may need to improve their reservation system to avoid inconveniences such as incorrect room allocations.

During my Christmas stay, the staff managed to offer us an unexpected room at 10 AM, which was impressive. the ambiance of the hotel was lovely, and it had a great atmosphere. We also enjoyed the key location, conveniently accessible to the main attractions in the area.
I faced some inconvenience as the hotel did not provide my booked room even though I confirmed the reservation two weeks earlier and had called them several times about it. They informed us that our reservation was not valid until full payment was made in advance, which was unexpected and frustrating.

I had a great experience staying at this hotel. the hotel staff was courteous and attentive. The hotel facilities were well-maintained, and the cleanliness of my room was excellent. The hotel is located in a convenient location, offering easy access to transportation options. The breakfast spread was delicious, and the staff were very good too make sure I had everything I needed.
